Supply Chain Analyst

We are looking for an Analyst for the Supply Chain Management / End to End department at Asendia Headquarters. In this position, you will support the department manager in processing change requests for an internal shipping and processing tool used in 16 countries with more than 1000 internal and external users. You will also be responsible for analysing and evaluating data, creating solutions and communicating with a wide range of people.

Your Tasks

 

You will work with stakeholders to manage change requests and communicate business requirements to IT with expert support.

You will also define, analyse and organise requirements to support key business initiatives and design and implement a dashboard and new KPI system.

You will support users and contribute to the UAT of the tool.

You will be responsible for planning and monitoring the status of change requests through to release.

You will also coordinate the internal committee and take care of e.g. organisation, agenda, minutes and communication with stakeholders.

Regular participation in international business meetings will expand your tasks.

 

 

Your Profile

 

You are a motivated person with strong analytical and solution-oriented skills.

You have a sound supply chain management education (Master 2) and first experience in a similar environment.

Experience in working on projects or in international teams with multiple stakeholders is part of your profile.

You have experience in document management and process description.

You are fluent in English & French. Any other language is an advantage.

You have excellent PowerBI, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
